When should I book my cake?

​

We recommend a minimum one month's notice for wedding cakes and one week's notice for birthdays and other celebrations dependent upon our availability. To avoid disappointment we advise booking as soon as possible!

Each cake is individually designed. You are welcome to selecta cake from the website but they are mostly there to inspire. There is no extra charge for creating a design from your ideas.

How and when do I pay for my cake?

 

Once you have decided you’d like us to make your cake you will need to pay an initial deposit. 

The date is only considered booked once the deposit has been received.

​For birthdays and other celebration cakes a 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 7 days prior to collection/delivery. 25% booking fee is required for wedding cakes payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable one calendar month prior to the wedding. 

Cakes ordered within 7 days of delivery will require full payment when ordering.

Allergy and Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, egg, milk, gluten and other food allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any cake is entirely free from ingredients that can cause a food allergy. We reserve the right to decline any orders for serious food allergies.
